Contest Terms and Conditions
The giveaway ends at 5:00 pm (CDT) on October 30, 2023. Winners will be announced during a Facebook Live event at the begging of each month from May-November, 2023.
Your business must be a registered business to be eligible to win. Vision Force Marketing (VFM) reserves the right to ask for verification to prove business legal status if the business is new and/or not established and/or there is no public information on the business.
Winners receive the website design free of charge and in exchange (1.) winners agree to sign the VFM website services agreement, (2.) winners agree to pay $49.00 per month for 24 months to cover WordPress Managed hosting, SSL certificate, website backups, and plugin updates. Full administrative rights will be released at the end of the 24-month period. (Winners will have user access to update content on their website.) (3.) Winners agree to maintain a featured banner designed by VFM on the home page of the winner's website thanking VFM for the website design with a backlink to VFM for a period of no less than 1 year.
Vision Force Marketing reserves the right to use winners' names and websites for promotional and marketing purposes including, but not limited to, press releases, social media posts, videos, print, showcase in a portfolio of work, and any other media or means of marketing.

- The client will provide typed notes for each revision and provide VFM with clear directions in a word document.
- The client is responsible for the final proofing, spell-checking, and accuracy of all content.
- VFM will update your A-record of the existing domain if the password to the existing hosting account is provided.
- Includes content writing. We are not responsible for proofing the context. The client must review and submit changes in one of the 3 revisions.
- E-commerce websites are not included but the Free website can be upgraded to an E-commerce website for an additional $2,500.
